Mohamed Faisal is a professional trainer and facilitator who has a broad experience in leadership, strategic management, supply chain management and coaching and mentoring.

Experience:

Faisal has worked for many years in the field of leadership and management as well as self-development. He was instrumental in the translation of work in many of his past work places. He has a very good working relationship with many local and foreign companies both locally and overseas. Faisal has a rare experience. He is experienced in both management and supply chain. As such, he had increased the company’s profit by 40% to 200% depending on the industry. He has also done many projects in supply chain and reduced the expenses by 10% to 20%.

During his time as Product Development Manager, he managed and directed the research and development programmes to meet the organisational needs and to capitalise on potentially new products. He also evaluates and resolves technical feasibility and production issues. Among the many techniques that he implemented is reverse engineering. He had successfully launched 17 brands of items and a total of 189SKUs. These products ranges from soft line to food and electrical products. One of the key components is to identify the right partner for the production. He also had to ensure that the labelling and marketing literature matches the product specification. He has used his industry knowledge and strategic mindset to partner with business to select strategic partners and maintain supplier relationships. At this point he had negotiated the execute agreements with 3rd parties dealing with support, service and technology development.

Faisal has played a crucial part in supply chain management. In supply chain he is responsible for the planning and manages all activities that are involved in sourcing and procurement, conversion, and all other logistics management activities. The key role in supply chain is the integration of supply and demand management. Faisal has played a critical role in vertical integration in supply chain which includes the following;

Besides being in the business industry, he also been involved with social work. He started his social work journey during his secondary school days. He started with Nazareth Centre in Bukit Ho Swee in handling disabled children. After his National Service, he joined as a volunteer in SANA and counselled juvenile adolescents. He strongly believes in helping disadvantaged people. And he is involved in the many activities that help to improve the lives of underprivileged people in our society.

Education:
