As the Managing Director of KDi, Kim Leng oversees the business development and operations of the professional services firm in Singapore and the region. He has more than 20 years of consulting and training experience and has led many consulting engagements in the area of business process reengineering, knowledge management, strategic ICT management, e-Government planning, change management, quality management and business innovation. He has consulted widely for organisations both in public and the private sectors including organisations such as Ministry of Education, Ministry of Home Affairs, Singapore Police Force, Immigration and Checkpoint Authority, Singapore Telecom, Jurong Port and Infocomm Development Authority (ITAFEP) of Singapore, United Overseas Bank (UOB), Asian Fund Services and Scicom. His international experience includes countries such as Bahrain, Brunei, Tanzania, Mauritius, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia and Bahamas.

Kim Leng leads a team of experienced facilitators, trainers and consultants to provide learning, facilitation and strategy deployment services to assist organisations in combining quality process, knowledge, ICT and change approaches for improving organisational performance and integration. He is a certified ACTA Trainer conferred by Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) and certified Quality Analyst conferred by the Quality Assurance Institute, USA. He is also an associate trainer for Singapore Civil Service College, Institute of System Science (ISS) and Institute of Adult Learning (IAL). He was the President of the Nanyang MBA Alumni Association from 2005 – 2007. As a keen proponent of the organisational change, he speaks frequently in forums and seminars on these topics.
